Employee cut by sharp metal pipe. The crew was installing a safety mid-rail on a walkway when the associate was struck by the sharp end of a 1 1/4 pipe. The Pipe contacted the right hand between the thumb and index finger causing a laceration the injury required other than first aid.

The crew was changing an anchor wire on the Dredge IV when the load shifted unexpectedly. The shift causing the lifting equipment to become taut thus causing a recoil action on the chain. The associate was struck in the lower portion of the facial area. The associate received a small cut on the left cheek and lower lip.
EE was attempting to remove a line used to secure barge on dredge. The line had become fouled during normal operation. EE attempted to jerk the line free with right hand when the injury happened in the right shoulder area. Management was notified and arrangements were made for a medical evaluation.
Employee was using a metal break to bend aluminum to cover doors and windows on the office building. While bending the last piece he was adjusting the metal with his free hand. When pulling down the bend I caught his left pinkie.
