EE was attempting to reset a 995 volt breaker which had tripped and when he latched the breaker I a flash occurred within the breaker causing buns to right wrist & forearm & right side of face treated at Pikeville Medical Center then was released.

Highwall set down on the date stated in item 6. The fall was about 50' wide, 5' to 8' thick and 50' high causing some rock to roll over into the roadway.
