Person slipped while exiting the fuel truck, hitting their left elbow on the step. Reported the incident, but continued to work. about two weeks later started having issues and pain in the left arm. EE's condition continued to get worse and started to affect EE's right arm as well. On March 18th a doctor directed EE, EE could not return to work.

Miner called the supervisor saying EE did not feel good. 911 was called, and miner was put on an ambulance. The EMT's were fairly sure EE was having a heart attack.
