Miners were working to remove bolts from the cone crusher utilizing an air impact gun and a wrench for back up. A miner's right pinky finger was smashed between the cone and wrench handle while holding the wrench as backup when the air impact was engaged.

EE was helping remove bucket pin. EE tried to catch pin when it came out and hand got pinched between pin and bucket. After lingering pain, EE sought medical treatment on 11/09/2021 making injury reportable
Employee was using a retractable blade box cutter to cut detonation chord when the blade went through the cord and cut EE's thumb
Employee was pulling the door of a 988 closed when employee felt something pinch and /or pull in lower back. Employee has had multiple doctors visits, with not finite information until recently. An MRI revealed bulging of discs, what was treated with steroid injections as of yesterday 2/26/2020. We believe this has triggered an MSHA re-portable event.
