While building stand up pallets the employee lifted a piece of stone and heard EE's elbow pop, and sharp pain go up and down EE's arm. Initially EE thought it was strained, and knowing EE's elbow often pops EE continued work.
While dumping contents in dump truck the truck tipped over and ee bumped head.
As EE was chiseling a slab, a large sheet came off the back and bounced up hitting the slab, tipping it toward EE. EE wasn't able to escape fast enough. The slab landed on EE's ankle and foot at a sideways angle.
