Employee was exiting a parked skid steer and rolled EE's ankle on the ground. EE is unsure what caused EE to roll EE's ankle. EE said maybe the ground was uneven or perhaps EE stepped on a rock.

EE noticed build up of debris on conveyor #10. EE approached conveyor #10, climbed on bulldozer in order to reach the bolt, removed an bolt from the guard, swung guard out of the way so ee could reach in & knock debris off w/o shoveling conveyor. Arm was caught on pulley, require surgery.
