Coworker noticed employee appeared to be napping while on the telehandler. Coworker instructed crew member to wake them up before they got in trouble. Crew member alerted other crew members when they found employee unresponsive. The crew was able to wake =employee while crew member went to get a car. The crew loaded employee into the car and transported them to the ER.

Injured employee and another employee were opening the Kiln doors. The injured employee was opening the left door when it became hung on the burn pipe the right door continued to open and struct the injured employees right small finger.
