EE was stepping down from the fuel truck. While extending EE's foot down to the ground, EE was holding onto the handles when EE felt a large stretch, followed by radiating pain throughout the right side of torso. EE was sent to urgent care, diagnosed with a chest wall strain, given prescription naproxen and returned to work with physical restrictions for 8 days

EE was in E-4 feeding the CR1 at approx 10:30 AM. As EE was feeding the CR1, EE lowered the bucket suddenly, causing the machine to jerk back & forth. This left EE with pain in EE's back. EE denied immediate medical attention but was seen by a chiropractor & received 2 months of care totaling $2,850.
