Employee was assisting in the lowering and loading of belt drive power cables into mine cars. When loading a cable and additional cable fell from the mine roof striking the injured employee in the head resulting in a contusion.

Employee was loading a door into shield car when EE felt a pain in their back. Cause of this incident was lack of employee concentration. PPE was not a factor, compliance with rules/regs was not a factor, mining equipment/systems was not a factor, miner proficiency may have been a factor.

Employee was working on a pump when EE felt a strain in arm, EE didn't seek medical attention until 11/18/20 becoming a RLT. Cause of this incident was lack of ee awareness. PPE was not a factor, mining systems was not a factor, compliance with rules/regulations was not a factor, miner proficiency may have been a factor.
