Employee was operating dump truck when it became stuck in mud. While attempting to get pushed out of mud by another piece of equipment, the dump truck moved or jolted causing employee to injure their neck. Employee experienced skin irritation following a cumulative exposure to water over their boots while searching for a damaged coupler. This incident did not involve any aspect of compliance with rules and regulations; mine equipment or mining system; job skills and miner proficiency, training and attitude; or protective items relating to clothing, or protective devices on equipment.
Employee had finished bolting on EE's side and went to assist EE's bolting partner who was struggling with setting EE's drill steels out of the top. EE asked EE's bolting partner to lower the drill pod a little bit but instead EE brought it down all the way on top of the employees right foot.
