There was no accident. Employee was seen slumped over in front of the dump truck. Witness asked if they were OK. Employee stated they couldn't breathe and started to faint. Witness called 911 and stayed with employee until EMTs arrived. Employee was alert and conscious when EMTs arrived. Employee was transported to the hospital.

Showing all 3Employee was cutting a rubber strip with a box cutter. Employee's hand slipped and employee sliced 2 fingers on the opposite hand.
The main reason for the accident was medical, the employee had a stroke after EE stepped off the excavator. The operator stepped off on a pile of hammered rock which was difficult to walk on which resulted when EE fell EE had cuts and bruises.
