The employee was working on the cone combo under belt at the dry plant and putting flexcos on to patch a hole. While moving to another area on the under belt to patch it, the employee caught their right leg on a flexco causing a laceration below the knee.
The employee was working at the base of the crusher ladder and placed their left hand on the frame and started turning the pin with their right hand to collapse the ladder.
