A plant Mechanic employed by Concrete Supply was using a prybar to lift the side of a belt to place a roller and guard. Holding the bar in position their shoulder popped and suffered a shoulder subluxation. Their arm is mobile but very sore. Sent to orthopedic doctor this afternoon to see if more damage was caused.
Side dump driver was passing through the yard. EE passed out in the truck and veered off the roadway into pasture surrounding property. EE was taken to hospital by office employee. There were no contusions or lacerations on EE's person after accident happened. EE was traveling 16 mph when the incident occurred. Hospital found EE was anemic and given 2 pints of blood.
