An electrical apprentice was stripping the outer rubber casing of a cable for insertion into an MCC. EE was using a utility knife. The knife slipped off of the work and cut through EE's glove into EE's index finger causing a laceration.

While using pry bar to perform work on the conveyor, the employee felt a "pop" in their upper bicep/shoulder area. Employee did not seek medical attention until 10/2/25. Medical evaluation revealed a partial bi-cep tear. PT prescribed and attended
