THE PIT TRUCK WAS GOING UP THE DUMP RAMP WHEN A LOSS OF POWER WAS DETECTED AT THIS TIME THE TRUCK ROLLED BACKWARDS ON THE SIDE OF PROTECTED MOUND.THE TRUCK THEN TURNED OVER ON ITS SIDE AND THE OPERATOR FELL FROM ONE SIDE OF THE TRUCK TO THE OTHER.
