Employee was clearing debris from dump truck tailgate and pinched finger in the tailgate. Received cut to middle finger requiring stitches.

During maintenance, a miner was struck by the boom of an excavator that was being used to position crusher parts; causing him to lose balance and fall approximately 11 feet. The injured employee was climbing the stairs of his equipment when his foot slipped off of the step. He banged his knee on the equipment as a result of his foot slipping off the step.
The injured employee slipped off of the step of the loader he was operating. He caught himself using the handrails, but strained his back in the process. He was operating under normal conditions.
