THE DRIVER OF THE 50 TON REAR DUMP WAS DRIVING UP A RAMP AT THE PLANT DUMP AREA. THE TRUCK STOPPED ON THEE RAMP & ON THE SECOND ATTEMPT TO CONTINUE FORWARD THE TRUCK LOST POWER & ROLLED DOWN THE RAMP 40\ UNTIL STRIKING A BERM ON AN ANGLE. THE TRUCK TURNED OVER 90 DEGREE TO ITS SIDE & THE DRIVER WAS THROWN AROUND IN THE CAB.
