The plant was not scheduled to operate on the weekend thus no persons were at the control office during the time of accident. Fire was discovered and 911 call placed. Local fire department extinguished.
EE WAS ADJUSTING CONVEYOR BELT WHEN THE END OF HIS WRENCH CAUGHT THE MOVING CONVEYOR UNDERNEATH WHICH JAMMED HIS HAND AGAINST A BANG PLATE. EE SAID HIS WRENCH SLIPPED OUT OF HIS HAND WHEN THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED.
