PLANT OPERATOR WAS WRKING WITH WELDER & EYES WERE BURNT & THE FOREIGN PARTICLE EVIDENTLY IMBEDDED AT THIS TIME. IT SEEMED THAT HE HAD ONLY RECEIVED A FLASH BURN, BUT AFTER EYES DID NOT IMPROV E HE WAS SENT TO A DOCTOR WHO DISCOVERED & REMOVED THE RUST PARTICLE.
