Showing all 4The employee radioed the plant operator shortly after beginning his shift to complain of chest pains. He was operating a haul truck and was under no stress at the time. He was transported to the hospital by EMS (as directed by the conpany's emergency response plan). Doctors later diagnosed a heart attack. This event was in no way work related.
