Employee was taking apart the take up on the 6A Cross conveyor when the new pulley that was just behind the employee started to roll, so employee put a hand out on the shaft of the pulley to stop it. The key hole on the shaft of the pulley was touching employee's pinky finger when it rolled with employee's hand, which is when employee believes it cut the left pinky.
