INJURED WAS WAS GRABBING A BLOCK FROM FALTBED WHILE THE TRUCK DRIVER WAS REMOVING THE HOLD-DOWN STRAP WHEN CONVEYOR LEG FELL FROM TRAILER AND STRUCK HIS ANKLE.
