EMPLOYEE WAS CL9ANING THE IDLER ON A CONVEYOR BELT WITH A WRENCH WHEN THE WRENCH CAUGHT IN THE BELT AND PULLED THE EMPLOYEES RIGHT ARM INTO THE MAHINE. EMPLOYEE PUSHED ASIDE THE PROTECTIVE GU ARDING TO CLEN 7HE IDLER. EMPLOYEES ARM WAS BROKEN IN THREE PLACES AND DISLOCATED AT THE ELBOW.
