EE WAS HOOKING UP HOSES ON THE CRUSHER, HE STEPPED ON THE TAG TIRE AND CUAGHT HIS BACK ON THE CRUSHER AND LANDED ON THE GROUND. HE WAS WORKING AT THE BEGIN PIT IN THE TOWN OF UPHAM, LANGLADE C OUNTY.

EMPLOYEE WAS TIGHTENING ON HIGH JACK (REACHING & PULLING AT THE SAME TIME). ALL AT ONCE HIS UPPER BACK (BETWEEN SHOULDER BLADES & NECK) BECAME SORE & HURT TO TURN HIS HEAD TO THE RIGHT. HE WAS WORKING AT THE SCHROEDER PIT.
