TWO EMPLOYEES W9RE REMOVING A COUPLING SLEEVE FROM A 6 AND 5/8 INCH DREDGE DISCHARGE PIPELINE. THE ONE WITH THE HAMMER STRUCK THE INJURED MAN WITH THE 8 POUND MALL. THE INJURY WAS INFLECTED TO THE 2ND DIGET,3RIGHT HAND.
