THIS INJURY OCCURRED WHILE OPERATING A HAND HELD DRILL. THE DRILL BIT GOT CAUGHT IN THE METAL PLATE HE WAS DRILLING THROUGH AND TWISTED HIS RIGHT HAND. EE'S RIGHT HAND WAS SPRAINED AND HIS THU MB WAS DISLOCATED.

WHILE ATTMPTING TO REMOVE DRIVE SPROCKET FROM DEWATERING IT PULLED MACKS HAND DOWN BETWEEN THE SUPPORT BRACE AND SPROCKET. THIS ACCIDENT CAUSED AN OPEN FRACTURE TO MACKS LEFT INDEX FINGER.
