I WAS DIRECTING A BACKHOE OPERATOR IN THE PLACEMENT OF A HOLE. HIS FOOT SLIPPED AND PRESSED THE BOOM TRAVERSE PEDAL. THE HOE BUCKET STRUCK ME IN THE LEFT SIDE FRACTURING RIBS.
