THE VICTIM WAS ATTEMPTING TO APPLY BELT DRESSING TO THE COOLING FAN BELTS, WHILE THE MOTOR WAS RUNNING AND THE GUARDS WERE REMOVED. THE FAN BLADES STRUCK HIS RIGHT HAND AND LACERATED HIS THUMB AND THREE FINGERS.
