HE WAS BACKING DOWN TO GET LOADED. HE WAS IN A FORWARD GEAR AND ROLLED BACKWARDS AND KILLED THE ENGINE. THE TRUCK ROLLED BACK INTO THE BACKHOE- NO SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT. HE WHILE EXI TING VEHICLE SLIPPED AND TWISTED HIS BACK CAUSING, SUPPOSEDLY, A PINCHED NERVE IN HIS BACK.
