Contractor was fueling machine - Diesel fumes ignited knocking operator off of machine.
Accident happened on Quarry Road-Between quarry and plant. While hauling waste materical from plant to quarry haul truck stalled rolled back over berm and stopped approx. 5' or 6' below road.
