Showing all 11Miner was moving fence posts. While pounding a post in the ground. The post pounder came off the top of the post, the miner fell back and the pounder hit him on the top of his head.
Changing a screen and pounding it into place, he smashed his thumb between hammer and screen.
While changing a cone liner employee went around the hand rail to bar the ring gear. He slipped and fell 10 feet, landed on his feet and broke 1 leg and cracked the heel on his other leg.
EE leaned on the hand rail of the dry plant. The rail broke and he fell about 4 feet into the hopper of the under belt. His hard hat came off and the rail hit him in the head.
Employee was pushing cone motor to tighten the v-belt with a porta-power. As it got tight the ram jumped out. EE used hand to stop it from hitting me in another place.
