Custom Aggregates & Grinding Inc · Caught in, under or between running or meshing objects

Member was welding the pulley on conveyor motor. He had helper bump starter to move the pulley. This caused member's arm to become entangled in the pulley. Member was taken to hospital where they discovered no broken bones or lacerations.
