Base Rock Materials Inc · Struck against stationary object

EE was cleaning off the cross conveyor. Jaw discharge was running. EE pulled a 5" rock out from under jaw discharge. Rock touched headwheel belt and wedged, shooting the rock and hand out, smashing pinky finger on a frame rail.
