The dozer fell off a ledge of dirt & fell approximately 15 feet. The fall caused a jolt to his back. Did not have immediate back pain - pain came days later per employee. Employee was on dozer operating it when dozer went off dirt ledge. Dirt gave away due to weight.

EE TOUCHED CABLE PIPE WHICH HAD ELECTRICAL C OR D RUNNING THROUGHT IT DAMPNESS CAUSED ELECTRIC SHOCK TO HAND WHIHC RESULTED IN TINGLING TO AFFECTED AREA. DROVE SCLF TO OUT PATIENT CHINIC.FLEXE RIB AND NAPROSYA PRX RETURNED TO WORK, SOME CABLE WAS ELEVATED TO KEEP DRY. EE REPORTS NO PROBLEM.
