Showing all 5PERSON IS NOT A MINER: Calaveras County EE (Air Pollution Control Officer) was walking to his truck and seemed to just pass out falling to the ground. Witness stated he did not trip or slip; he just stopped walking and fell straight down.
Employee had just signed his time card and was heading toward his vehicle. Employee crossed the scale and stepped off and twisted his ankle. The height of the scale was 18 inches.
