HE WAS STANDING ON STEP OF FRONT END LOADER WHEN THE STEP BROKE. HE DIDN'T FALL BUT GRABBED THE HANDRAIL WITH LEFT ARM CAUSING A JOLT FROM HIS BODY WEIGHT.

THE EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING A SHEAVE FROM THE FRONT OF A DIESEL ENGINE. WHEN HE PULLED THE SHEAVE OFF OF THE SHAFT, HE LOST HIS GRIP ON IT AND IT SLIPPED OUT OF HIS HANDS PINCHING HIS RIGHT INDE X FINGER BETWEEN THE SHEAVE AND THE SHAFT. HE SUSTAINED A BROKEN BONE IN THE FINGER AND A BONE CHIP THAT WAS REMOVED BY THE DOCTOR. HE WAS PLACED ON NO WORK STATUR BY THE DOCTOR.
