EE WAS CUTTING A VERTICAL PIECE OF STEEL ON SCREEN PLANT. IT STARTED TO LEAN FORWARD. HE STUCK HIS LEFT HAND UP TO CATCH IT. THE PIECE CONTINUED MOVING AND PINCHED EE'S FINGER AGAINST THE NEARBY CONE CRUSHER.
EMPLOYEE CLIMBED OUT OF PICK UP BED, LOST FOOTING ON BUMPER AND FELL TO THE GROUND. HE WAS NOT HOLDING ON WHILE HE CLIMBED OUT.
