Loader was coming to load lime truck. Half way down the hill the loader engine died, causing loss of power and control. Loader struck the lime truck in the rear, ee was out of his truck and something on the truck hit him causing injury. EE is in a medically induced coma.

TRUCK DRIVER WAS STOCKPILLING CRUSHED 1/4 INCH BASE MATERIAL. AS HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO DUMP THE 8TH LOAD OF THIS SHIFT THE TRUCK OVER TURNED ONTO IT LEFT SIDE. THE DRIVER WAS PINNED IN THE TRUC K BY THE STEERING WHEEL. LOCAL EMS WAS CONTACTED AND THE DRIVER WAS EXTRICATED WITHIN 25 TO 30 MIN. THE DRIVER DID NOT SUSTAIN INJURIES AS THE RESULT OF THE ACCIDENT.
RETURNING FROM STEP ON BED TO TRUCK CAB, PLACED FOOT ON FUEL TANK AND SLIPPED. CAUGHT AND GRABBED HANDLE TO STOP FALL AND PULLED TENDON IN RIGHT ARM.
