An employee was cutting a piece of heater hose with a razor blade to repair the leak in the excavator. He cut through the hose and then his left thumb. He went to a doctor and had 13 stitches put in.
The employee bent over to pick up & move a 5# rock off the road. He had pain in his rt shoulder and bicep so he went to HealthReach. The doctor recommended he see an orthopedic doctor. He saw the orthopedic on 12/19/14 and was diagnosed with a stretched long tendon in his bicep. No medication, lost days or surgery are needed.
