WORKER WAS ATTEMPTING TO ADJUST THE HOPPER FEED CONVEYER BELT WITHOUT TURNING OFF THE SCREEN POWER SOURCE. THE WORKER WAS DRAWN INTO THE RETURN SIDE OF THE BELT WHICH RESULTED IN THE AMPUTATIO N OF THE RIGHT ARM AT THE ELBOW AREA.
