worker was exiting EE's loader to do some maintenance work and was unaware the door was not latched. EE went to exit and the door swung open on EE causing EE to lose EE's balance and fall from the machine. EE suffered abrasion to EE's left hand, fingers, right arm, and back as well as some discomfort to all areas mentioned along with right hip and right leg discomfort

Showing all 2IW was attempting to repair guard around the tail end of the feeder belt. Used a ratchet strap attached to a K rail and the angle iron around the belt to pull the angle irons back into the proper position to make the repair. Worker went to stand up to look for a hammer and used the ratchet strap as a crutch to lean on which pulled the k rail over on top of IW pinning IW.
