An employee was using the V-belts to rotate a pump by hand while troubleshooting. The employee's fingertip got pinched between the V-belts and the sheave, causing a small fracture.

Employee was repairing a poly pipe when some unconsolidated material from the hole employee was working in sluffed off. The material pushed employee's knee into the pipe causing pain. The employee was later examined by a doctor and was not given restrictions until 1/3/2025.

While standing on the track of the dozer to check and fill the hydraulic oil, the employee lost EE's balance and fell from the track to the ground. Conditions were dry and no oil was apparent on the track. The employee was not wearing available fall protection and fell from a height of approximately 4.5 feet injuring EE's lower back.

Injured was climbing on a piece of equipment and his right foot struck the bottom of the step causing pain. he did not seek medical treatment until 04/09/2014 when his foot became swelling and he could not get his boot on. diagnosis tenosynovitis to foot and ankle build up of fluid.

Employee was assisting in the repair of the HSI Feeder belt as he was kneeling on the belt and cutting with a box cutter, as he was cutting the knife slipped and cut his leg just above the knee, requiring four stitches. He returned to work immediately after.

While welding on a chute the miner leaned up against a tail pulley guard to steady himself to strike an arc. When he put all his weight onto his forearm he was punctured with a sharp rock that was on the guard. the cut required three stitches.
