EE WAS REATTACHING A LOOSE WIRE IN A LIVE ELECTRICAL BOX. THE WIRE ARCED AND EE RECEIVED A FLASH BURN TO BOTH EYES. HE DID NOT REPORT THIS TO SUPERVISOR UNTIL NEXT MORNING;. HE HAD ALREADY SEE N A DR. AS HIS EYES HAD STARTED TO BURN THE NIGHT AFTER THE ACCIDENT, AND HE HAD GONE IN FOR TREATMENT.
