Employee was cleaning a inclined conveyor platform at conveyor Rock #2 when he slipped and fell to the ground. He braced his fall with his right arm inflicting bruised ribs and a broken wrist. He was not in a safety harness or manlift with safety harness to clean the non-catwalk side of conveyor as required.

EMPLOYEE FOUND INJURED SLUMPED OVER IN HIS SEAT ON HIS EQUIP (DRAGLINE) HE CALLED FOR SUPERVISORAND 911 EMR WAS CALLED. EMR TRANSPORTED TO SW FA REGIONAL HOSPITAL. HE FAINTED.
AS A WELDER, THE EE WAS PULLING ON A LARGE PIECE OF STEEL AND EITHER PULLED OR TWISTED BACK.
EE USING AN ELEC GRINDER-PART OF GRINDING WHEEL BROKE-CAUSING THE TOOL TO JUMP OR JERK WITH FORCE COMING BACK AND STRIKING THE EE IN THE RIGHT KNEE.
HIT LEFT WRIST ON OFFICE DOOR.
