Employee was operating skid steer to dump trash bucket full of stone, bucket hit hard when coming down, piece of stone fell out and landed in employee's lap across right knee cap. Knee is swollen and has limited mobility due to swelling.

Showing all 8Employee was in the process of measuring stone to be chopped. Second employee moved the roller on the conveyor table of the Hydrasplit which moved the stone forward. Injured employee's left index finger was smashed between the roller and stone. The finger was busted open from the middle knuckle to the end of the finger.
Chopping and stacking rock. Started having back pain and eventually pain went down leg. Could hardly walk.
Stacking stone on a pallet someone pushed a stone middle finger was caught between two rocks. End of finger bone was broken and nail damaged.
Person was cleaning his area, stood up and bumped his head pm am overhead saw travel.
Went to step off of the concrete slab to the ground (2 inch drop) and twisted his ankle. The doctor stated that he was such a big guy that it didn't have to take much to break his foot. We finally got the M.R.I. results and they stated that it was broken.
