Showing all 3EMPLOYEE WAS USING A SLEDGE HAMMER TO TAKE PINS OFF TO GET THE LID LOOSE TO CHANGE THE SHOES ON THE VSI OF THE CRUSHER. HE LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL OFF THE CRUSHER ONTO HIS HAND. HIS WRIST AN D HAND STARTED SWELLING. THE EMPLOYEE DID NOT GOTO THE DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE HE THOUGHT HE HAD ONLY SPRAINED WRIST, BUT WHEN PAIN WORSENED HE SAW A DOCTOR.
EMPLOYEE WAS SHOVELING UNDER THE CONVEYER WHEN HE BEGAN TO EXPERIENCE PAIN IN THE LEFT SIDE OF HIS CHEST. HE CONTINUED TO WORK AND THE PAIN MOVED UP INTO HIS LEFT ARM. THE EMPLOYEE COMPLETED THE DAY AND WORKED THE NEXT DAY. HE LATER SAW A DOCTOR.
