WAS MOVING A 4X6 BLOCK FROM HAUL TRUCK TIRE, HE REALIZED HE HAD PULLED SOMETHING IN GROIN AREA. HE WENT TO ER & THEY REFERRED HIM TO A SPECIALIST. ON 10/7/02 HE WENT TO SEE SPECIALIST & HE WAS ADVISED TO HAVE HERNIA SURGERY- HE IS TOTALLY DISABLED UNTIL AFTER SURGERY. * HAD SURGERY AND WILL RETURN TO WORK ON 11/18.

WHILE CUTTING FEED CONVEYOR BELT, KNIFE CUT THROUGH END OF BELT VERY QUICKLY AND WENT INTO RIGHT THIGH.
EE TOOK SPUD BAR AND WAS TRYING TO CLEAN MUD OFF OF SNUBBER PULLEY.
