EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING WATER TRUCK WHEN THE VEHICLE JUMPED OUT OF GEAR. THE EMPLOYEE WAS TRYING TO PUT THE VEHICLE BACK INTO GEAR WHEN HE HIT A CHUCK HOLE IN THE ROAD. THE EMPLOYEE SUFFERED A MINOR WHIPLASH CAUSING HIM NECK PAIN.
