ROUTINE TASK. EHLPING TIGHTEN LUG NUTS ON WHEEL. SAID HE THOUGH HE FELT SOMETHING PULL IN HS BACK ABOUT 12:50 P.M. HE WAVED GOODBYE TO ME AT 1:00 P.M. SINCE HE HAD PLANNED TO LEAVE WORK EAR LY THAT DAY. SAID HE FELT HIS BACK HURT WHEN HE RASIED HIS ARM TO WAVE. WAS IN PAIN BY THE TIME HE GOT HOME.
