EE was organizing a storage trailer. He was cutting open boxes with a utility knife. He set the utility knife in an open box on a shelf in order to reach for another box. While he was reaching for another box, he bumped into the original box and the knife. The box and the knife hit his left leg and gave him a laceration.
Employee states he hit a pothole causing pain in lower back. He went to the doctor for the pain. Employee was newly hired the day before the incident occurred. Prior to his being hired he had medical conditions relating to his back.
WHILE CHECKING H20 LEVEL IN TANK, STEPPED DOWN FROM DRILL FOOT HOLE. FOOT GOT HUNG UP AND TWISTED RIGHT KNEE.
WHILE GETTING OFF WHEEL LOADER, EMPLOYEE BUMPED HIS ANKLE.

MINER WENT TO DOCTOR ON 5-29-02 UNSTABLE BODY POSTURE WHILE HOLDING HOSE.
